Nous collaborons avec un partenaire, actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) professionnel(le) qualifié(e) pour rejoindre son équipe dans le cadre d’une mission.
Missions
· All ITSM processes have been standardized to an ITIL 3 standard. In line with new ambitions to evolve the agile lifecycle, the mission aims to assess how ITIL v4 can support these objectives and streamline interfaces between delivery and service.
· Review existing processes and associated roadmaps
· Provide expert input into future roadmaps and define approaches to evolve towards ITIL v4
· Advise on opportunities to improve alignment between service delivery practices and toolsets
· Contribute to the alignment of stakeholders responsible for processes with the ITIL practice model
Service Deliverables (but not limited to):
· Provide fact-based recommendations for process improvements leveraging available data
· Design updated roadmaps and defined process objectives
· Facilitate process mapping and process re-engineering initiatives to better align with Agile approaches
Expertise :
· Advanced expertise in process analysis and optimization methodologies
· Demonstrated expertise in ITIL v4 and in supporting transitions to updated standards
· Confirmed expertise in global IT operations environments
· Expertise in interpreting and leveraging data to drive measurable process enhancements
Service Qualifications :
· ITIL v4
· ServiceNow
· Expertise in large-scale transformation initiatives
· Expertise in structured problem resolution
· Expertise in stakeholder interaction, workshop facilitation, and cross-entity coordination
