PMO **Details of the mission and Deliverables** – Build and maintain the global program roadmap; follow up with project team members and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs; support Prg Manager in proactively addressing critical dependencies and delays – Support the coordinate between business and Ops&IT teams – Maintain a solid relationship with all involved parties, use the relationship to mediate in case of conflicting priorities etc – Actively support the business team by taking over selected operational project tasks (e.g. formalization of business requirements, execution of UAT) – Perform the Program management’s admin tasks (people on and offboarding, controlling timesheets, control budget allocation on cost centers, support Steerco sessions with slides and minutes etc.) – Create the slides and material to obtain program budget validation from the Board of Management (twice a year) **Skill required** Keywords of the expected knowledge/experience: Must Have – Structured, analytical, delivery-oriented, and right-to-the-point – Self-organized, autonomous, collaborative and proactive – Strong written skills: ability to synthesize multiple and granular information into a structured and clean slide, ability to write clear emails – Strong verbal communication: must be able to organize and drive workshops in person and remote – Strong project management skills (slides for Steering committee, planning, capacity plan, organize, drive workshops, manage synthetical minutes) – Appetite for IT projects and assessing IT impacts – Perfect fluent English – French: preferred Preferred – Credit insurance knowledge and/or banking & insurance knowledge – Experience with Finance processes, ideally Controlling & Planning – Experience with SAP Hana product suite (especially on SAC Planning and PaPM) – Previous experience in designing and harmonizing/optimizing processes – PMO with Business Analyst previous experience, preferably on IT projects – Previous experience in agile set-up (e.g. previous usage of JIRA, Confluence, etc.) **KPIs of the function** – Proper organization and delivery of Steering Committee slides – Proper delivery of analysis slides as requested by the team – Proper management of the backlog, timelines, interdependencies – Proper support business team by taking over selected operational project tasks **More details** – Start date of the mission: **01.01.2024 or earlier** – Estimated End date: **31.12.2024** – Details of contract : **full-time** – Other relevant details : **possibility of renewal depending on the results, etc. ** – Location: **Paris La Defense ** – Language(s): **English mandatory + French preferred ** – Experience required : **5-10 years of experience ** – Stakeholders: **Business experts, Senior Leaders, SteerCo with Board Members** Durée estimée : 12 mois 700 Rythme : Temps plein (5 jours / semaine) Part de télétravail estimée : Télétravail aménageable, à discuter lors des entretiens Domaine principal : SAP Secteur : Assurance Lieu principal : Paris et région parisienne Démarrage idéalement le : 2024-01-01 |
